The Role and What You'll Do:

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to support Barrett-Jackson at its Headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. The Recruiter will primarily support Barrett-Jackson as part of Endeavor's Global Recruiting team.

This person will be responsible for recruiting for open positions across levels and functional areas/departments which include Consignment, Bidders, Marketing (including editors/content), Sponsorships, Corporate (Accounts Payable, Network Engineers), the Collector Car Network (CCN) which includes account reps, editors, content, marketing specialists; Special Events, Business Intelligence, Online Platforms, Operations Support, Ticketing, and others as needed. In addition to recruiting for full-time roles, this person will also support hiring for event staff via vendor partnerships and independent contractors.

The Recruiter will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of Barrett-Jackson's business and teams. We're looking for someone who is a strong relationship builder and curious about the business they support. This person will work in close partnership with HR, hiring leaders, and team members across Endeavor.

Additionally, the recruiter will be responsible for the following:

• Deliver full-cycle recruiting for Barrett-Jackson from search kick-off to offer ensuring a stellar candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Bring a focus on Diversity and Inclusion efforts to each search and recruiting process via extensive candidate outreach, partnerships, and ensuring diversity in candidate slates and interview panels
• Develop clear understanding of Barrett-Jackson's business to be an extension of the business when recruiting talent for open roles.
• Create recruiting plans and strategies for common openings and connections in the marketplace for more proactive outreach and recruiting.
• Manage the candidate selection/interview process to ensure a best-in-class hiring experience for each the candidate
• Work closely with HR to prepare for upcoming openings and stay ahead of hiring plans.
• Assist with onboarding temporary employees and independent contractors for events

You Have These:

• 3+ years' of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience, combination preferred
• Curious, organized, and motivated by producing excellent work
• Ability to work in an extraordinarily fast-paced environment
• ATS system experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to be a trusted partner to HR, hiring managers, and Barrett-Jackson team members overall; do what you say, follow-through, and lend recruiting expertise throughout each process

• Ability to work independently, seek direction as needed, and ask for feedback
• Excited by Barrett-Jackson's business overall

Travel: Able and willing to travel for regular events throughout the year.
