Recruiter

We are looking for a Recruiter with a passion for growing teams!  

Responsibilities:  

• Full cycle recruitment for multiple departments 
• Proactively sourcing candidates  
• Partner closely with hiring managers and support their hiring needs through the entire recruitment process  
• Work with the Recruiting Coordinator on job descriptions, sourcing candidates, setting up interviews and scheduling any meetings pertaining to the hiring managers recruitment needs.  
• Partner with HR on all new hire onboarding needs 

Requirements & Skills:  

• Demonstrable experience working in recruitment, in the Entertainment field, including but not limited to, Video Games, Film and Animation  
• Stay on top of on trending news in the industry and be aware of studio layoffs or downsizing  
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse and social media platforms such as Linked In 
• Passion for candidate experience and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. 
• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience
