Recruiter

Core One seeks a Recruiter who will be part of an energetic and motivated team that directly impacts the growth and success of our organization. The Recruiter will be responsible for exploiting multiple sources and finding top level cleared talent to provide support to our intelligence community customer.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ability to create candidate pipelines for positions using effective sourcing
• Understand how to attract hard to find applications using passive and active recruiting methods
• Elicit requirements from hiring managers to determine job duties
• Provide creative ideas and innovative recruiting techniques, and/or alternate sources (i.e. professional associations, niche job boards, etc.) to find candidates with unique or cutting-edge experience
• Perform initial resume screening and phone interviews
• Instruct applicants on the nature of the job and communicate all interview details
• Participate in recommendations for final selection of applicant
• Facilitate candidate offers and acceptances

Minimum Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of government contracting recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree or 5 additional years’ relevant work experience
• Must be able to obtain and maintain government issued security clearance
• Experience sourcing/recruiting for cleared technical candidates up to TS/SCI with Polygraphs.
• Experience using a variety of online recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrated experience of strong performance against quotas in recruiting and sourcing large volumes of qualified candidates.

Desired Skills:

• AIRS certification
• SHRM or HRCI certifications
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS
• Secret clearance or higher
