JOB TITLE
The primary purpose of this position is to lead the sourcing and overall recruiting process for the assigned Hydrite facilities and functions. This includes all activities related to sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and placement of new employees hired into the assigned roles. The role also relies on building networks of potential hires using social media and other services to identify high-performing prospects for positions within the organization.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Manage full life cycle recruiting including: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and interviewing, for primarily hourly manufacturing roles and various professional opportunities
- Implement traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies
- Develop and share subject matter expertise regarding search optimization
- Utilize proactive sourcing strategies to identify and connect with passive talent
- Develop and maintain network of contacts and diverse candidate pipelines for future openings
- Communicate proactively and regularly with HR and Hiring Managers on search status and updates
- Utilize recruitment marketing, including social media, mobile, and email campaigns to cultivate and grow talent communities
- Establishes strong partnerships with internal customers
- Manage requisition report weekly by communicating with recruiters on current openings and needs
- Collaborate with Total Rewards for new or revised job descriptions and appropriate salary grading
- Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in driving sourcing strategy
- Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates and new hires as needed
REPORTING STRUCTURE
- This position reports to the Recruiting Manager.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelorās degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is required
- At least 2 years recruiting experience, with hourly and manufacturing background preferred
- Demonstrate strong candidate sourcing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Creative problem-solver with ability to anticipate, assess and overcome recruiting challenges
- Must possess the ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
- Must possess computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other job-related software
- Must have a positive, confident demeanor, excellent people skills, and excellent decision-making skills
