About the Opportunity

The Recruiter role will manage full-cycle recruitment efforts along with the other members of the Human Resources team. This role will have significant impact on the Clinton Foundation’s hiring goals. This opportunity requires an individual with recruitment experience who is service oriented, very organized and has strong attention to detail to run multiple high-volume searches at once. This individual must also have a strong commitment to and understanding of the importance of diversity, equity & inclusion in the hiring process. The role will report to, and collaborate with, the HR Business Partner who also manages recruitment across the Foundation.

HR team members partner with programmatic colleagues to create diverse staffing plans, consult on organizational structure and provide training that meets the needs of our diverse colleagues. The HR team works to create a culture of transparency and consistency of processes and decision making.

This is a full-time (40 hour per week) opportunity, and we are open to remote employees in the continental United States.

Core Responsibilities

In this role you will work on:

Recruitment:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment which includes position description editing, job posting, search strategy meetings, resume review, candidate screening, coordinating interviews, hosting debriefs, and closing candidates
  • Recruit and hire diverse professionals across a variety of initiatives and/or departments across the Clinton Foundation
  • Partner with HR team on following DE&I best practices in the recruitment process and holding hiring managers and interviewers accountable to those practices
  • Successfully partner with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and hire qualified talent to fill their roles
  • Support hiring data processes and reports, and in partnership with the HR provide analysis

Administrative Duties:

  • Coordinate and schedule all candidate interviews
  • Manage all candidate correspondence and updates
  • Organize search trackers and keep neat internal records
  • Manage open roles in cloud-based system
  • Support HR projects and workstreams as business need and interest allow

Minimum Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or equivalent degree/experience required
  • 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience required; at least 5 years of professional experience in the field in positions of increasing responsibility preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion best practices
  • Experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System a plus
  • Stakeholder management
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Versatility and the resourcefulness needed to operate effectively as part of a small human resources team.
  • Flexibility to multi-task and superior prioritization, time management and troubleshooting skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and meet competing priorities in a fast-paced and culturally diverse environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Our best estimate of the compensation range for this opportunity is $67 - 72K annually, depending on the experience you bring. This range is based on NYC market rates and may be adjusted if you will be working remotely.  We look forward to discussing our compensation pricing strategy, and your expectations, throughout the interview process.
