What You'll Do:

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
• Craft and publish compelling job advertisements across various platforms to attract top talent.
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to reach passive candidates in the education sector.
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen, evaluate, and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and support the selection process.
• Handle offer negotiations and communications with candidates.
• Conduct employment verifications and maintain accurate records.

What You Bring:

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, with a focus on passive sourcing in the education sector preferred
• Strong organizational, excellent communication, and interpersonal and time management skills
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations preferred
• Proficiency in compensation package understanding and negotiation
• Autonomy and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced computer skills, including HRIS and data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred

Job Type:

• Full-Time

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (business hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (PST)

Pay:

• $26.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE

Work Location:

• Mostly Remote: Resident of CA preferred
• Required to come to the Pasadena, California corporate office 20 days per year for mandatory 9Align (in-person) days
