Joining the T3 HR/Recruiting team means that you are the gatekeeper for finding, attracting, interviewing, and hiring the best employees in the trades!

We are looking for 1 Recruiter to join our team. You must live near one of our operating locations to qualify for this role (Denver, CO / Spokane, WA / Albuquerque, NM.

Job Duties:
> Full cycle recruiting
> Sourcing passive candidates
> Collaboration with hiring managers for an excellent candidate experience 
> Management of all ad spend, adhering to company budgets
> Eagerness to go to trade schools, job fairs, and open houses to meet with potential candidates
>Opportunity to learn On-boarding to support HR 

What You Need:
> Experience working in Recruiting for 2+ years
> Prior experience working in an ATS for all recruiting operational duties
> Must live in one of the following regions - Denver, CO, Spokane, WA, or Albuquerque, NM
> Must have the ability to work on site, as needed by the business. (details will be discussed in the interview process)
> Passion about a great candidates experience and building a talent pipeline
> Detail oriented to maintain accurate notes and handle all pre-hire requirements
