Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hospital

POSITION SUMMARY:

Works alongside another recruiter handling full cycle recruitment for all hospital positions to include RN, CNA, Allied Health, support staff and leadership. Provides a variety of recruitment, employee relations and compensation functions, as assigned, for all areas of the hospital. Provides assistance and support to the Hospital and the Human Resources Department in all functions, as required, to ensure the operating efficiency of the Department. Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies to directly drive staffing efficiencies and reduce overtime & agency utilization. Provides recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers. Has a creative and diverse approach to recruiting challenges. Offers guidance and facilitates the offer negotiation process through to its completion. This position requires flexibility and confidentiality in all aspects of the job, and the ability to assist all employees, Department Heads and visitors in a courteous manner.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma or GED required, college degree preferred
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database
• Excellent organizational and communication skills (both written and oral in English)
