Weβre looking to expand our team across the board.
We are seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join the HR team. Recruiters are responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are generally responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Post all job requisition on various sites and with external recruiters.
- Screen resumes and disperse to hiring managers.
- Schedule first and second round interviews.
- Participate in interviews as needed.
- Participate in building interview questionnaires by position to ensure team is consistent.
- Collect interview notes, resumes, job descriptions, and salary surveys.
- Maintain the Requisition Tracker and Applicant Tracking System.
- Ensure employee referral bonuses are sent to Payroll.
- Partner with external agencies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience.
- Working knowledge of the recruiting process.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, fast growing business with several open positions.
- Ability to juggle many projects at once.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent written/verbal communication.
- Experience recruiting in the Aerospace industry preferred.
- Minimum remote work, position is in office to collaborate on recruitment projects and ever-changing needs.
