Recruiter

Integrity Communications Solutions, Inc (Integrity) is a privately held, veteran owned, small business headquartered in Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are committed to excellence in communications engineering and doing business differently. We are currently looking to add a PT Recruiter to join our HR team who has experience working in the DoD field and understands what it takes to fill cleared positions.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
• Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
• Pre-Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
• Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
• Attends and participates in job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Experience with DoD recruiting and/or technical recruiting
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Entry Level Position

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $27.32 - $32.90 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

Schedule:

• No nights
• No weekends

Experience:

• Recruiting: 2 years (Required)
• DoD experience: 1 year (Required)
