SUMMARY

This role can be onsite, hybrid or remote.

We are seeking an energetic and innovative recruiter to join our hyper-growth company. This recruiter should have experience hiring in technology or SaaS companies.

You will report to the Recruiting Manager and will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for all positions including (but not limited to) Web Developers, Quality Assurance, Support and Software Development. Our team is enthusiastic, resourceful and passionate about what we do. We operate in a fast-paced, "roll up your sleeves" environment where we work hard and have fun getting the job done!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing candidates through close
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and consult them on best techniques for attracting, evaluating and closing
  • Be a Brand Evangelist for Leap & Job Progress
  • Use innovative solutions to build candidate pipelines
  • Work with the HR team to build processes and implement best practices for hiring top talent
  • Contribute ideas to help us improve and scale the candidate experience
  • Share data and insights on the recruiting process with key stakeholders
  • Create and maintain staffing and pipeline reports; present these reports to Leadership on a regular basis


KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical recruiting role
  • Must be a stellar communicator and critical thinker
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and relationships with hiring managers simultaneously
  • Ability to proactively network, source and establish effective working relationships both internal and external
  • Experience working in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
  • Experience contributing to process improvements, building programs that add value, and/or using data to draw insights and create actionable plans
  • Excitement to work at a hyper-growth company and to build and iterate on existing processes
  • Human Resources experience is a plus
