Requirements

Your Key Contributions:

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Care:

  • Proactively identify and engage candidates with experience in branding, marketing, communications, design, data, and related fields.
  • Oversee candidate experiences from initial outreach through the interview process, reflecting Athena's values.

Collaboration with Clients & Departments:

  • Work closely with department heads to grasp current and future staffing requirements.
  • Maintain insight into our projects and clients to align recruitment efforts with their needs.

Market Awareness & Networking:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive benchmarks, and best practices.
  • Participate in virtual and in-person career fairs and networking events.

Process Enhancement & Strategic Planning:

  • Continuously refine recruitment processes, ensuring they align with Athena's values and goals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to specific role demands.

Required Abilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for clear expression of ideas.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Fundamental grasp of business concepts and their practical application.
  • Adaptability to collaborate across teams and client departments, advancing projects and goals.
  • Strong work ethic and a pragmatic approach to tasks.

Desired Proficiencies:

  • Support in team development, management, and execution of strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
