ROLE SUMMARY:

The Recruiter will provide a full cycle, full service recruiting experience to our candidates and their internal partners. The Recruiter will work with hiring managers to not only understand the roles to be filled, but how they fit with the DSC ecosystem. This role will work autonomously on positions of all levels in the Fulfillment Center while assisting with corporate roles. The Recruiter will guide the hiring manager through the intricacies of hiring the best talent for the business by executing innovative recruitment strategies, building diverse talent pipelines, and negotiating and closing with the identified candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a business partner to the Fulfillment Center Management team, leading the development, facilitation and implementation of all phases of full-cycle recruiting
• Partner with the Manager of Recruiting to support HQ Requisitions as needed
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify efficient and effective recruitment methods and strategies to drive and facilitate the full interview process, which includes timeliness of the search, interview coaching, advisory and training to interview team
• Project manage each search making sure that all parties are in sync throughout the recruiting workflow, this includes managing third parties and sourcing support, and internal resources such as scheduling
• Source candidates independently and leverage your network of industry contacts to build a pipeline of candidates
• Be agile in your approach, and relentless in your search for high caliber talent 
• Build relationships both internally and externally with hiring managers, partners, vendors and platforms to ensure the employer brand experience is consistent and kept to a high standard
• Partner with the Manager of Recruiting 
• Participate in any other People Team endeavors to support the department and company as needed
• Oversees Reference Checks

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a growth stage in-house role or at an agency
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is required, experience with Greenhouse is a plus
• Experience in developing recruitment strategies is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Passion for building effective, diverse, and high performing teams
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative

POSITION TYPE:
This is a full-time exempt position.

SALARY:

$75,000-$90,000

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is a hybrid role for our Headquarters in Los Angeles.
