Recruiter

We are growing and looking for one more superhero on our team. If you are good at finding candidates and conducting Interviews, have good analytical skills, and are ready to improve the existing hiring processes, this position is for you.

We believe in approaching hiring as product development. We create hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure and estimate everything, use analytics where it’s possible.

• Search, interview, and support candidates during all the stages of hiring
• Get responsibility for one or two streams for hiring
• Improve candidate experience
• Build partnerships with hiring managers
• Participate and initiate internal projects for recruiting process optimization. We have a recruiting projects backlog and prioritize projects every quarter
• Find bottlenecks and suggest improvements based on recruitment metrics (NPS, funnels, etc.)
• Create market maps
• Launch projects in collaboration with the DevRel team to find and develop new recruitment channels

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting with hard-to-fill positions in sales and marketing (experience in a recruiting agency would be an advantage)
• Good understanding of the market and its demand
• Experience in finding bottlenecks and problems in recruiting and related processes
• Positive thinking and empathy
• Ability to build successful partnerships
• Multitasking skills

• Introduction. We will talk about your interests and will tell you more about the role. The main aim of this step is to see if we are a good match (30 minutes).
• Technical interview. We will talk about your experience and you will solve a few tasks (1-2 hours). ****
• Interview with Global Head of People. We will talk about your projects and challenges (1 hour).
• Final interview. We will talk more about your interests and will tell you about ManyChat culture (1-1,5 hours).

At each stage, you can ask questions and get feedback. The process usually takes one or two weeks, but it’s worth it.
