Job Duties:

• Execute progressive and effective recruiting initiatives.
• Build a network to maintain a qualified pool of potential candidates in advance of need.
• Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.
• Update applicant tracker in real time.
• Efficiently and effectively fill all open positions.
• Report suggestions for candidate recruiting.
• Working understanding of the screening process/cross train in unassigned areas.
• Become an expert user of recruiting platforms.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, inside sales or customer service.
• willing to work 11am-7pm schedule 
• 4 year college degree is preferred.
• Acceptable background and MVR
• Pass drug test
• Knowledge of labor and employment laws a plus
• Ability to build rapport with applicants
• Fast paced and assertive
• Sales oriented
• Detail oriented
• Above average organizational skills
• Above average written and verbal communication skills
