Job Details:

Job Summary: Performs recruiting and sourcing duties to identify, screen and select professional, technical and/or other candidates. Coordinates with line management to fill job vacancies in a timely manner. Keeps Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date for all applicants as they move through the recruitment process. Assists in other areas of Human Resources, as required. Uses expert knowledge of internet sourcing to pipeline candidates for current and future jobs. This position typically works under general supervision and direction. Individuals in this position will regularly exercise substantial and discretionary decision-making authority.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to establish recruiting targets and gain alignment on strategy
  • Use technical expertise to ensure managers expectations are kept in line with current market availability of skillset
  • Engage in proactive sourcing and screening of potential candidates, referring relevant candidates to hiring team
  • Use advanced recruiting techniques to identify suitable talent and build candidate pipelines
  • Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates
  • Perform reference and background checks for selected candidates
  • Maintain social media, job postings, including job boards, etc.
  • Participate in career fairs and university events, when needed.
  • Support military recruiting efforts with community organizations
  • Maintain OFCCP compliance.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree in human resources, business administration or related field- OR- equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience; some technical
  • Strong sourcing capabilities; a skilled professional
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday highly preferred
  • Experience using MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively communicate with candidates and employees at all levels
  • Ability to travel to career fairs or related events when needed

Preferred:

  • Working knowledge of OFCCP guidelines that govern federal contractors
  • Experience recruiting Security clearance targets
