Nox Health is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to join our team. As a recruiter, you will play an essential role in helping Nox Health bring talented individuals onto our team. Nox Health is a company committed to helping people across the globe wake up to a brighter world through our device technology and medical sleep programs. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and solutions-driven to join our team. Our ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and experience with applicant tracking systems. We need someone who is comfortable navigating in a fast-paced environment, can exercise good judgement, and has a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting: from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and presenting job offers.
  • Develop recruiting strategies and sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, staffing firms, and external partners.
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify their talent needs, provide guidance and recommendations to manage the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations to assess qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
  • Utilize creative sourcing methods to identify, attract, and engage passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to create an inclusive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated track record sourcing and hiring exceptional talent.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media recruiting tools and techniques.
