About the Role
This role includes onboarding and hiring of Indeed Flex workers, scheduling interviews, ensuring documentation is completed, and ensuring a great job seeker experience.
Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties

• Conduct interviews using reliable recruiting and selection tools to assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Be responsible for achieving core KPIs and metrics related to the role
• Comfortable consistently tracking/updating candidate records in the ATS
• Confident in presenting the value of Indeed Flex
• Follow workflows to initiate and confirm Background Checks and Drug testing
• Follow up with candidates and engage them via phone or text messages
• You will contribute to a cohesive team environment and utilize coaching and feedback to improve performance while having the confidence and knowledge to influence others

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of one year experience in a high volume internal recruitment role or at a temp staffing agencies
• Confident, professional, and effective communication skills
• Experience using ATS, G Suite tools (Sheets, Gmail, etc.), and onboarding software/systems
• Proven track record in achieving or exceeding targets and metrics
• Ability to prioritize and organize tasks to ensure you are able to meet deadlines
• Must be a self-starter and a team player!
• Ability to cover flexible shifts - weekends and/or varying shifts may be required
• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
• Experience in the Light Industrial (warehouse, forklift, etc.) or Hospitality sector
• Ability to commute to Austin SMG Branch or Hiring Events/Career Fairs - up to 3-4 times a week
