The principal duties and responsibilities will be:.

• Support Hiring Managers in creation of job descriptions.
• Perform high volume candidate sourcing for positions as assigned 
• Plan and conduct recruitment screening calls with the team and operations managers
• Schedule candidate interviews
• Manage the Recruitment database leading to the Employee Data Systems.
• Support in the employee on-boarding process as needed
• Keep internal position and candidate trackers up to date and relay pertinent information to the team and management
• Hybrid working place. Requiring 3 days per week in office at minimum

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years experience working in recruitment
• 2+ years experience working as part of a team 
• Excellent attention to detail 
• Detail Orientated 
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
• Ability to work both independently and collectively with a team

Preferred:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry
