Recruiter - AZ001

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruitment/Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for connecting the right people with the right positions to join our team in Chandler, Arizona.

 A bit about you:

• You have 1-3 years practical experience with recruiting, sourcing and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• You are local to our office, and like working on-site to interact with others as well as being able to maintain Performance Delivered excellence when remote.
• You are good with time management and organization, have strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy connecting with people.
• You are a self-starter, proactive and able to take the lead on tasks with minimal direction.

A bit about the role:

• Proactively manage the full cycle Recruitment process for passive and active candidates.
• Works collaboratively with management, HR and Operations to support recruitment needs in areas such as job postings, screening, interview scheduling, generating offer letters, and onboarding.
• Juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment while providing excellent support to internal & external customers is a common occurrence.
• Engages with Recruitment leadership and hiring managers to determine appropriate posting locations and social media avenues to locate primary candidate markets.
• Ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• Supports Recruitment key metric reporting such as Recruiting Average Time to Hire, Hit Rate, etc.

To be successful in the role, the ideal candidate will have:

• Education: HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant recruitment or human resources experience. Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry preferred, but not required.
• Skills: Ability to effectively manage time, strong organizational skills, and consistently deliver outstanding customer service. Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with all levels of the organization to achieve department and Company objectives. 
  Characteristics: Must have a high level of integrity, good judgment, flexibility, attention to detail, and ability to build candidate networks/pipelines. This is a team player role, so you must be ready to work well with others.
