About You

Nutrafol is currently looking for a dynamic, proactive Recruiter (remote) to join our team as a contractor, with the possibility of conversion to a permanent role after ~3 months. You’ll be responsible for managing the high volume, full life-cycle recruitment process for all of Nutrafol’s new team members. You’ll oversee the entire process, from sourcing to hire. In this role, you will be responsible for hitting ambitious targets and ultimately building and maintaining a recruitment system that scales with the growing demands of our distributed team. We are a highly motivated, collaborative and fun-loving team with an entrepreneurial spirit and bias for action. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a positive and uniform candidate experience by managing the coordination of timely communication of interviews with hiring managers.
  • Serve as the primary contact for your candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process.
  • Maintain candidate profiles, communications, pipelines, and other records within our ATS (greenhouse)
  • Coordinate with hiring manager(s) to determine the best recruiting process for open roles.
  • Manage all scheduling, applicant screens, and interviews.
  • Extend verbal and written contingent job offers, including the negotiation of salaries.
  • Manage on-boarding and start date integration with the Nutrafol team.
  • Maintain and develop the library of job descriptions for the Nutrafol brand.
  • Provide metrics and update recruiting reports on a weekly basis.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience working across a wide range of roles at all levels (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Tech, Marketing, Science)
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems - we use Greenhouse.
  • Start-up/hyper growth company experience required; working in a Direct-to-Consumer or a subscription based business is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Highly organized, with a keen eye for details.
  • Strong technical and digital recruiting skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack.
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
