About the Role:
As a FS Recruiter you will be a sourcer, brand ambassador and advisor. You will work directly with our Hiring Managers to help build out hiring strategies across the US. You will have an opportunity to make a real impact as we continue to grow the business. This is a full life-cycle role, where you will be given the opportunity to create and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Source and identify active and passive candidates through various channels
  • Develop strong relationship with hiring managers to understand the business, identify gaps in skill sets and create strategic hiring plans to address those gaps
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience with transparency, timely follow-up and communication
  • Partner with the business to evaluate our current assessment process and tools and make recommendations on how to best evolve our practices
  • Devise our go-to market approach and build out Capco's Employer Brand
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Create excitement!! Be an Ambassador for Capco!
  • Ensure standardization and consistency of recruiting practices and policies
  • Manage an efficient and effective process, utilizing our ATS (Greenhouse) and other tools.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting experience in Financial Services, Fintech or Management Consulting Industry
  • Experience independently partnering and collaborating with Leadership on hiring strategies and initiatives
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and ability to establish trust and credibility
  • Experienced/skilled in the utilization of various sourcing channels, including direct, internet and networking sourcing
  • Results driven and metrics oriented
  • Experience working with Greenhouse is strongly preferred
  • Successfully navigates in a fast-paced, nimble environment
  • An aptitude for problem solving and independent thinking
  • Able to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to come onsite to our NY office

The estimated salary for this position is 90-119k plus potential bonus and benefits.
