What’s the Goal for our Recruiter?

This is an opportunity to be a part of the early growth stages of a champion recruiting team (get excited!). Our organization is in the midst of aggressive growth and looking for a driven Regional Recruiter to step into this position and quickly learn recruiting the Olympus way. With providing exemplary support to job seeker applicants, interviewed candidates, and hiring managers, your sourcing strategies will help ensure successful engagement and overall hiring decisions.

What can you expect?

  • You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of open positions in the assigned market by following standardized methods and a straightforward framework of attracting, identifying, and sourcing candidates through internal and external job boards, including the Greenhouse ATS system.
  • Routinely conducting pre-screen and conversational interviews, you will collect interview documentation and perform precise note-taking for reflective feedback following candidate interviews.
  • Proactively, you will initiate building the talent pipeline, maintain a highly organized and efficient calendar, schedule, and plan-of-action, and create reports relating to the progress and status of the assigned markets open positions.
  • You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify priorities, recommend strategies, and develop relationships. Including relationships with the community through educational institutions and career centers to connect people with careers.
  • There are opportunities for you to be involved in conducting learning lessons, trainings for hiring managers, and in developmental project support alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • The ONSITE work environment is Monday through Friday in the Fort Worth Corporate Home Office. We get spoiled in the home office with monthly catered luncheons, “just because” treats, and team building events. Additionally, we offer one work-from-home day every Thursday!

  • Recruiting Experience: A minimum of 1-year in a progressive high-volume role.
  • MS Proficiency: Expert in Outlook, Word, and Excel. (Teams is a plus!)
  • ATS Familiarity: A minimum of 1-year working with an applicant tracking system. (Greenhouse preferred!)
