About the Role ✨

We are seeking a Recruiter who will come in and take ownership of the go-to-market Recruiting at Snackpass. In this role, you will partner with the leadership teams of various departments, including Sales and Operations, in an effort to scale out our go-to-market team and strategy. Day in and day out, you will relentlessly work to ensure that our candidate experience, interview process, and talent branding all combine to help us hire the right people to help us scale the business. 

What you’d be working on 🖥 

• Identify top-tier talent. Use various approaches including, but not limited to sourcing, application review, and networking events to fill our pipelines with diverse talent
• Manage a world-class candidate experience. This includes helping to build out processes, setting candidate expectations, scheduling interviews in a timely manner, and delivering offers
• Act as the subject matter expert on all things hiring. You’ll be partnering closely with leadership in various departments and will be providing guidance on the best practices to scale our go-to-market teams
• Manage upwards of 8-10 requisitions at one time

About you 🤝

• You have 2+  years of experience in an internal recruitment setting for a fast-growing venture-backed company
• A proven track record of working GTM requisitions from inception to hire. 
• You are equal parts marketer and salesperson. 
• You have strong communication skills
• You have strong organizational skills
• You are data-driven and constantly looking for ways to optimize processes 
• You are passionate about creating an equitable hiring process to ensure we are growing a diverse workforce
• You possess an innate ability to multitask and prioritize the most impactful activities for the business
• You have a hunger to grow, learn and take ownership of your work
• You take a humble approach to all that you do
