Job Description
Electronic Transaction Consultants (ETC) is growing our talent acquisition team and looking for a new Recruiter for full life cycle recruiting and program/recruiting coordination responsibilities from attracting a candidate to their first day. Opportunity to learn pipeline program management, employee experience, and advanced sourcing strategy. Reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition.

Electronic Transaction Consultants (ETC), a Quarterhill company, delivers innovative solutions to the toll and smart mobility industries that increase mobility, improve operational efficiency, and support high levels of customer service. We service three of the top 15 toll authorities in the United States. Our solutions process over two billion toll transactions per year at the most technically advanced toll authorities in the industry. We would like for you to help us grow our university, veteran, and other hires to achieve our goals together. You will be contacted after July 25, 2022 on next steps.

Responsibilities:

• Attract, recruit and coordinate talent for university (technical positions), corporate, and temporary positions using social media, job boards, our ATS database, Google search, events, and your fantastic personality.
• Assess talent quickly and effectively by using situational and behavioral questions, good sense and understanding of the job requirements and core values of our company.
• Coordinate and attend universities in the North and South Texas areas in the fall and spring semesters. Liaison with students, professors, and campus staff to attract talent to ETC.
• Write creative job ads, powerful marketing content and business emails.
• Use our talent pipelines to fill current and future opportunities. Help develop our pipelines.
• Create and manage dashboards and Excel spreadsheets of your recruiting metrics, the talent pipelines, and budget.

Experience and Skills
Must have:

• Some experience and success with attracting candidates into your current company with campus recruiting, recruitment marketing, sourcing techniques, and your phone skills.
• Keen ability to assess talent through research and interviewing.
• Self-motivation and passion for helping people find their dream job here.
• Written and verbal communication skills to complete the responsibilities listed above successfully.
• Microsoft Office skills to both create and maintain documents in Excel (extract reports, clean data, pivot tables, graphs), PowerPoint (design and update), and Outlook/Word (emails and offer letters).
• Applicant Tracking System understanding or technically-savvy to figure it out quickly.
• DFW Hybrid role to work remote M,W,F, and work in the office, attend in-person meetings and events on T, TH.
• Day and overnight travel 10%.
