What You’ll Do

• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process
• Manage candidate communications to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Conduct extensive market research to determine the search strategy.
• Market mapping of function-specific talent pools.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Identify qualified prospect profiles using basic and advanced sourcing techniques (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, X-ray, Boolean)
• Measure and track personal funnel conversation rates.
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in the recruitment industry, working with international companies with a focus on volume hiring recruitment.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Fluent English is a requirement, as you will have constant communication with managers and coworkers globally.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software
• Strategic problem solver.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

This role is based in Manila office. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation.
