A bit about the role
- Work with Hiring Managers to determine workforce requirements, create job descriptions, and post openings
- Keep internal position and candidate trackers up to date and relay pertinent information to the team and management
- Plan and conduct full cycle recruitment and selection processes (screening calls, arranging interviews, sending offer documentation, candidate follow up, etc.)
- Source candidates when candidate application is low
- Manage the ATS, moving candidates into the proper stage and providing candidates with feedback
- Support in the employee on-boarding process as needed
- This is a Hybrid style position with a minimum of 3 days in office as a general expectation
Minimum Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in a recruitment position with a strong emphasis on Talent Sourcing
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc)
- Previous experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferred but is not required
