Pay Rate - $36.50/hr Job Description Candidates must demonstrate they are highly organized and can multitask to ensure the moving parts and communications are in place when scheduling and attending events. • We are looking for a talented Partnerships & Events Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team specializing in active vendor management, building internal coalitions, and recruiting event management for our Corporate Human Resources team - from your remote home office. Major Job Duties and Responsibilities. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: • Build meaningful partnerships with business and talent acquisition leaders to innovate, standardize and scale efforts to attract a highly qualified, broadly diverse workforce. • Identify, measure, manage, and hold accountable Sourcing vendors (utilizing SLAs, KPIs, QBRs, and dashboards) that support the attraction, sourcing, and recruiting of diverse experienced-hire talent from the external market; build strong relationships with key suppliers; and serve as primary contact for issue resolution with external suppliers and internal stakeholders. • Build and share holistic sourcing ecosystem (diversity partners, channel map, & action plan) to support talent pipelining; identify and solve for diversity partnership gaps • Partner with business and functional stakeholders to build a Talent Champion network to sponsor, advocate, and support diversity vendor partnerships • Coordinate, plan, and lead experienced-hire Diversity Recruiting Events; ensure talent hand-off; and optimize event processes • Identify tailored messaging & comms needs to support internal/external partnerships & events Education/Experience. To be successful in this role you will need the following: • College, University, or Equivalent degree OR equivalent training and experience required • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required • Strong strategic supplier relationship management experience is required; experience managing a comprehensive portfolio of external diversity sourcing suppliers is preferred • Experience leading the planning and execution of virtual and on-site recruiting and sourcing events is required • Team leadership, influencing without authority, and coalition building is required; experience in navigating and leading others (directly and indirectly) in ambiguous, relationship-based environments is preferred.
