Remote Recruiter- Consulting Firm

Our very well known client, a Management Consulting firm, is seeking a motivated Recruiter to supporting their advisory practice for a 6+ month contract.

Location: Chicago , IL - Remote Equipment provided!

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 Based on Experience

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Source and maintain a pipeline of talent to support the Advisory business: recruiting for Consultants, Procurement Professionals, Technical Consultants.
• Through networking, direct sourcing, internet mining and applicant tracking tools find world class talent to support our Advisory business.
• Conduct candidate screenings and qualification interviews.
• Work directly with hiring managers
• Schedule onsite phone interviews and onsite interviews on a national basis via Zoom / Microsoft Teams

• 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success at a search firm- Consulting
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting within professional services, specifically Management Consulting is preferred.
• 2 years of experience sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter is a must
• Highly self-motivated and directed. Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• 100% Remote
• Benefits effective at 60 days
• Very long-term contract assignment
