Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

3+ YEARS RECRUITING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. This position is 100% IN-PERSON at either our New York City, New Hyde Park, or Somerset, NJ headquarter locations.

OUR POSITION:
Our Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) will join our Talent team in identifying, screening, and coordinating the successfully placement of new team members to our rapidly expanding organization. The Talent Specialist will be responsible for aiding the Director of Talent and Chief Talent Officer in sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, building pipelines, aiding in new Talent initiatives, and coordinating with candidates through their full application life cycle as they enter our organization.

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

A successful candidate will enjoy building relationships with candidates while representing our organization's successful brand. High levels of collaboration are required with the Talent management team, Operations, and  Executive Leadership team in regard to company initiatives and plans for growth.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred but not required
• Minimum three years of experience in recruiting 
• Prior experience health recruiting preferred
• Must be familiar with Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) 
• Must be familiar with G-Suite
• Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Presentation of qualified candidates to Talent Directors and Operations Team
• Coordination of various recruiting events 
• Evaluate newly hired employee performance and quality of hire 
• Supervise initial phases of onboarding and team-building 
• Monitor and make adjustments to Applicant Tracking System
• Review present and anticipated hiring needs with Talent Directors
• Assist in ad posting
• Help develop Talent and continuously build a healthy pipeline of future leaders
