Recruiter & Talent Manager
Job Description
ABOUT KALLES GROUP:
Everyone deserves to be secure. Our mission at Kalles Group is to help secure the future for companies of all shapes and sizes.
While our expertise spans multiple disciplines, our method remains consistent: building trust and relationship with people -- whether you are a client, a consultant, or--in this case--a candidate.
No matter what role you come from--whether you're an executive or just starting your career-you can expect our highest level of attention and respect. We want to find the right fit for each role, but we also want you to find the right fit for your career.
We believe the best way to show you what our team is like is to treat you like you're already a part of it. We hope you'll consider joining our team of experienced professionals who are building their careers at Kalles Group—and having fun while doing it.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Recruiting:
- Lead recruiting effort and candidate strategies for consulting workforce and ability to build and manage new internal team members as the organization grows
- Facilitate an outstanding hiring experience for candidates. Establish a single point-of-contact for the candidate throughout the interview process
- Manage full-life cycle recruiting process including job descriptions, sourcing, screening assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.Â
- Build a robust candidate pipeline through a variety of sourcing methods. Ensures that a sufficient candidate pipeline is maintained to support current and anticipated resource requirements
- Manage and participate in outside relationship building, including advertising, social media, and networking eventsÂ
- Support other functions apart from HR as necessary to help fulfill company's growing needs
Talent Management:
- Build strong relationships with our existing consultant team, with a focus on career development and retention
- Build strong partnerships with clients, working closely with our Client Services and Business Development teams to understand needs, discover business opportunities, and match highly qualified candidates or consultants
- Participate in client intake & hiring manager meetings to help increase recruiting efficiency & success
- Level up our processes for the future: develop a prescriptive process for determining whether client needs can be met with existing resources or recruiting new talentÂ
ABOUT YOU:
- Your values:
- Integrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.
- Purposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.
- Ownership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.
- Your experience:
- You've spent 7+ years building a career in HR or talent acquisition.
- You’ve led strategy around candidate experience, recruiting efficiency, and/or establishing new processes. You’re excited about driving structure and goals and comfortable navigating ambiguity or shifting priorities.
- You’ve worked with hiring managers across different teams. You possess strong collaboration skills and the ability to build credible relationships across multiple audiences. Â
- You’re a storyteller and strategic communicator—both verbally and in writing.
- You’re used to taking an ambiguous or complex goal and successfully driving clarity, planning, and execution.
- You enjoy being both a player and a coach—you don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and sourcing candidates, and you also enjoy solving high-level problems like how we can make an inclusive and fair hiring process.
- You notice the details, making sure no candidate is ghosted and doublechecking to make sure you spelled someone’s name correctly. You also know that everyone makes mistakes and move forward to grow and learn.
- You're flexible. While your main responsibility is focused on finding and sustaining great talent, you are supportive of the company's growing needs and have an ability to wear multiple hats and support other functions as necessary.
- In your circles, you’re known as a relationship builder. This doesn’t necessarily mean you’re the life of the party, but that you’re a cultivator of community, relationships, and opportunities. You have a knack for understanding people’s motivations, talents, and goals. Â
- We’d be especially excited to talk to you if you have:
- Prior experience recruiting consultants or working in a professional services settingÂ
- 3+ years recruiting technical roles, with familiarity in the cybersecurity domainÂ
- Business development or account management experience Â
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive salary with opportunities for additional incentives. We review compensation annually to make sure what we offer is fair and in line with the market.
- Medical, dental, vision, and pharmaceutical coverage.
- An education stipend of $2,000 annually to put towards your own growth and development.
- 401(k) and life insurance benefits
- 3 weeks of Paid Time Off, PLUS 8 paid company holidays and 2 flexible holidays for anything you want to celebrate!
- Work/life balance – we know there’s more to life than work! We encourage our team to pursue other passions, get outside, and spend time with family. We work with clients and consultants to set expectations for a manageable workload.
- Opportunities to connect in person and remotely with a passionate, supportive team that loves a good pun or GIF.
