RECRUITER- Temporary, $20-25/Hour

Location: Stockton, CA

Compensation: $20-25/Hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and work with internal hiring managers, schedule interviews and post-interview follow up
• Extend offers, schedule start dates, assist with on boarding expectations
• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screen resumes, perform in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administer appropriate company assessments and perform reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicate employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the company's organization structure, personnel policy, and Federal and State laws regarding employment practices
• Complete timely reports on employment activity

• 2+ year of recruiting experience
• ATS experience, high volume experience
• Experience with Full Recruitment Life cycle
• College Degree Preferred
