Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you'll do:

As a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll support the growth of our organization through business partnerships in a highly collaborative environment. Our Talent Acquisition team is flexible, changing with the needs of the business while making time to have fun and support one another. You'll work directly with hiring managers and manage the full life-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding for our nationwide clinical field roles by: 

• Fostering relationships with hiring managers 
• Using your impeccable recruiting skills to effectively source, screen, and qualify candidates at every level of the hiring process for skill, behavioral and, and cultural fit.
• Use your competitive edge to not only meet but exceed service level agreements by providing top talent to hiring managers.
• Delivering great overall experience by managing candidate and hiring manager’s expectations to ensure a consistent, positive recruiting process.

• Experience working with systems such as JazzHr, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms to find and recruit top talent will be beneficial to help you hit the ground running!
• High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
