Recruiting Assistant/Talent Acquisition Assistant

Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care, is looking for a Recruiting Assistant/Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our amazing and growing team! The TA Assistant will provide administrative support and coordination throughout the recruiting process. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with recruiters to identify and qualify internal candidates and physicians for opportunities at SWC
• Schedule phone interviews for Talent Acquisition team
• Post jobs on various job boards
• Actively source applicants through various online resources, social media, etc.
• Work in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidates, and maintain/retrieve data
• Coordinate staffing requests
• Comply with all state and federal regulations
• Provide administrative support to Talent Acquisition Managers

Requirements:

• Entry level experience in HR or Recruitment role is a big plus (not a requirement)
• Possess a positive, customer service-oriented attitude
• Phenomenal organizational skills
• Strong listening and presentation skills
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Comfortable with change and ability to adapt quickly
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
• May be asked to work from our office location in Playa Vista, CA as needed

Pay:

• $17.00-$20.00/hour (depending on experience) with opportunities for additional quarterly bonus
