The Job. The Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the Recruiters as an integral partner in managing all recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. The Recruiting Coordinator will conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, students and temporary employees, conduct new-employee orientations, and write and place advertisements as needed. They will review applications, schedule interviews and assist the Recruiters with onboarding.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Recruiting Coordinator experience strongly preferred
• 1-2 years of HR experience preferred
• Excel experience preferred
• Paylocity experience preferred
• Attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• HR training and certification preferred
