The Role:
As our first Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistics for our US roles. You are someone that thrives working in a fast-paced, high-expectations role focused on reaching out to candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting the candidate throughout the interview process. Being a self-starter who has a knack for managing calendars and collaborating with the Recruiting team to make a great experience for the candidates and business.
What you’ll do:
- Provide a welcoming candidate experience from start to finish with each candidate whether in person or virtual
- You will schedule phone and video interviews for candidates
- Build, maintain, and update our ATS and recruiting processes with the Recruiting team
- Proactively find opportunities to improve our processes, the tools we use, and our relationships with hiring partners
- Maintain data integrity within Greenhouse
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage candidate pipelines and maintain all job postings
What you'll have:
- 2 + years in a recruiting coordinator position or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with team members, hiring managers, and candidates
- Proven to be a self-starter that has the ability to troubleshoot and resolve roadblocks as they occur
- The ability to understand and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
- Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Work experience, preferably in a scheduling or administrative capacity
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, GSuite, and Goodtime (preferred)
