We have an immediate opening for a Recruiting Coordinator. This individual will perform recruiting support and administration duties including using Workday recruiting. Schedules candidates for in-office and/or remote testing and interviews and schedules recruiter and hiring managers for in office and WebEx interviews. Administers applicant testing, schedules remote testing and maintains testing results. Other duties include serving as a first point of contact for job candidates when visiting our Omaha office, maintaining various Human Resources records and producing reports, performing Human Resources support duties, and special projects. Must maintain strict confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent
Basic math through Algebra
Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point
Excellent written and oral communication with all levels of the organization
Grammar, punctuation, and spelling
Maintain strict confidentiality
Excellent ability to work with detail with accuracy
Work well with others at all levels of the Company
Maintain accurate records
