Recruiting Coordinator

Malin Recruiting is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team!

This individual will support our Recruiters by making initial contact with candidates via email, phone or text; introducing Malin and the job role; and setting the candidate up for any initial candidate assessment(s) prior to the recruiter interviewing.

The ideal individual will be an administrative guru and organizationally stellar in order to keep track of multiple candidates in various stages of the recruiting process, so we may expedite hires.

Required skills and abilities:

• Previous experience working for an HR team in some capacity preferred
• Demonstrated ability regarding organizational skills
• Advanced in the following Microsoft resources - Teams, Outlook, Excel
• Ability to use web-based products comfortably and with confidence, including resume databases and applicant tracking systems
