The Role
We are seeking an exceptionally talented individual to join our team as a Recruiting Coordinator. A successful candidate will be a driven, self-starter who is passionate about working with people. As well as taking pride in the delivery of your work, you will be able to demonstrate close attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. You should enjoy interacting with people and collaborating with hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle. You will create strong relationships, be able to communicate effectively, and work well with others. The recruiting coordinator will work to develop a big-picture understanding of our business, brand & values and act as a champion of our tagline “Talent is our Strategy.”   Â
What you’ll doÂ
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will have exposure to the various teams across the business and will be one of the first points of call for recruitment topics. You will take an active role in:
- Managing complex scheduling for interviews and meetings for candidates, recruiters, and stakeholders across the business and in different time zones while providing an excellent experience for all involved
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
- Building relationships with hiring managers, administrative teams, and interviewers across departments to facilitate strong internal communication
- Working closely with our recruiting team to improve upon existing processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Helping drive our recruitment initiatives and broader talent acquisition projects
- Collaborating with agencies and external stakeholders on hiring processes and vetting candidates
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues
What you’ll bring
- 1-3 years of previous recruiting coordination experience or have engaged in high-volume scheduling within an executive assistant role
- Experience approaching situations with a customer service mindset
- Proficient use of Outlook and Microsoft Office application packages, particularly Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High sense of urgency and demonstrates good judgment under pressure
- Easily builds rapport and is an excellent team player; puts the success of the team above their own
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system, preferably Greenhouse
- Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot in the moment as changes occur
- Enjoys working in an office environment

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $70,000 and $90,000. The expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance bonus and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for the successful candidate will be determined based on a variety of factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
