Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to support our rapidly growing team in Missoula, MT or Seattle, WA. This role will be responsible for supporting a growing Talent Acquisition (TA) team with the day-to-day recruiting functions such as scheduling interviews, corresponding with candidates, and facilitating new hire correspondence. This is a full-time position and reports to the TA Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coordinate all administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Manage a complex, high-volume interview calendar for all roles, both tech and non-tech
• Partner with Recruiters and the rest of the TA team to target, identify, and source the best possible candidates for current and future openings
• Conduct effective pre-screening interviews with potential candidates to assess relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
• Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure candidate records are complete and that the recruitment process is accurately tracked
• Act as point of contact, ensuring consistent communication with candidates throughout the interview lifecycle
• Efficiently resolve any issues or changes that occur during the interview process
• Occasionally work with HR and Recruiting Operations on projects to help scale the interview process
  

You’ll Be Successful With:

• 1+ years of experience working in recruiting field or equivalent experience
• Previous experience working in IT or Sales industries preferred
• Proficient in G-Suite, especially Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred
• Previous experience working in SaaS environment is a plus
• Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain high-volume workload
• Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to effectively work with Recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates
• Impeccable attention to detail in a fast paced, ever changing work environment while driving the interview process from start to finish
