Your Impact

As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to impact our organization by partnering with the talent acquisition (TA) team and hiring managers to bring the best talent to Chatham. In this role, you will work closely with our team and hiring managers to support the full recruiting process and ensure a positive and seamless experience for each candidate with whom you engage. You will be the face and voice of Chatham and will have the opportunity to exemplify our values and represent our culture with candidates and external partners.

In this role you will:

  • Support Recruiters with posting new roles in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and promoting our opportunities on various job boards.
  • Schedule candidate interviews (phone, virtual, onsite) by coordinating with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers across geographies and time zones.
  • Serve as a key point-of-contact for candidates and interview teams regarding interview schedules to ensure a positive candidate and team experience.
  • Host candidates onsite for interviews by providing a campus tour and history of the organization.
  • Conduct training on TA processes and tools as it relates to the interview process, as needed.
  • Partner with Early Career Recruiter to plan and execute participation in local and regional early career and university recruiting initiatives; participate in career fairs and speaking engagements as needed.
  • Own and administer online candidate assessments via third-party partners.
  • Support TA team with special projects as needed.

 Contributors to your success:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative/recruiting experience supporting recruiting team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with high-volume scheduling (in recruiting or administrative environment)
  • Experience in Financial Services and/or Technology Industries a plus
  • Experience utilizing various applicant tracking preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skill, time management, and creativity, performed in dynamic work environments
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional, efficient, and detail-oriented manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and handle confidential information in a professional manner, while also working collaboratively with others
