We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help bring the very best talent to Dataiku. Working alongside the rest of the Talent Acquisition team, you will play an integral role in scaling our company. You’ll own the entire candidate experience -- as the face of Dataiku’s Talent team, you’ll coordinate each step of the interview cycle from start to finish, ensuring a smooth, professional, and high quality experience for all candidates. By being organized and efficient in your work, you'll create a seamless candidate experience. You'll maintain clear lines of communication with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates. - Support the Recruiting Team with all aspects of the recruiting life cycle
- Schedule and monitor interviews
- Help manage and create a flawless candidate experience
- Maintain data integrity in various systems in order to capture recruiting metrics and make data-driven decisions
- Manage job boards including proofreading, editing, and posting new roles
- Keep an eye on recruiting trends by researching new tools and job boards
- Participate in other ad hoc recruiting projects to help scale the function
- Equipped with 0-2 years of professional work experience or relevant internship experience
- Solution-oriented, reliable and able to anticipate both candidate and hiring-team needs
- Detail-oriented and an organizational powerhouse
- Super comfortable in a people-focused role -- you interact naturally with others and can communicate with anyone
- Bonus points for experience with an Applicant Tracking System and Google Suite, the recruiting industry, or with managing calendars for multiple people
