The Role
Metropolis is looking for a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to support our Corporate Recruiting function. This role interacts with all levels of the company to successfully execute the recruitment process as well as special projects. Additionally, you will be an office champion by assisting with Wednesday lunches, ordering supplies and assisting with ad-hoc issues. The ideal candidate might not have any prior recruitment experience, but is looking to break into the People/HR space. This is a tremendous developmental opportunity for the right person as you will learn best in class strategies for identifying talent and building strong hiring processes.
Responsibilities
- Open and close positions within our ATS systems, Greenhouse and Ceridian Dayforce
- Build strong pipelines of new and diverse talent to support our rapidly growing business
- Schedule candidate interviews and hiring team meetings
- Provide an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience through thoughtful and timely communication
- Stay up to date with industry trends, recruitment tools, and sourcing techniques to enhance talent sourcing efforts
- Identify issues affecting recruitment and implement recruitment activities to continuously improve processes
- Support in-office efforts by coordinating weekly lunches, ordering office supplies, managing office vendor relationships and additional office coordination tasks
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficient MS Office skills (Microsoft Outlook email & calendaring, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and OneDrive)
- Preference for experience with Greenhouse, Dayforce or LinkedIn Recruiter

The anticipated base pay for this position is $22.00 to 32.00 hourly. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base pay is one component of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more.
