Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator / Interview Scheduler to join our growing Human Resources team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process for candidates while contributing to the overall success of our recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience with Google Calendar and the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System, along with exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule interviews, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely process.
  • Manage the interview scheduling process through the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System, including sending out invitations, reserving meeting rooms, and updating interview statuses.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing them with all necessary information and support to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of interview materials, including candidate profiles, interview guides, and other relevant documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all interview logistics are in place, such as technology setup, equipment, and interview panels.
  • Provide timely and relevant communication to candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers regarding interview schedules, changes, and updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on process improvements to enhance the overall efficiency of the recruiting function.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator, interview scheduler, or in a related administrative role within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Calendar and experience using the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar ATS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and interview schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with recruiting and hiring processes, including a basic understanding of various job roles and interview stages.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Compensation

At Aisera, we strive to design equitable and explainable compensation programs. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience.

Role

For this role, our current base pay ranges is:


BASE SALARY: $50,000-$75,000


This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.
