As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support the recruiting and onboarding process by building relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You'll have excellent communication skills and understand the importance of a high touch candidate experience. You will report to our People & Talent Manager and play a key role in fulfilling hiring needs within our Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing departments. What you'll get to do:
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, consistently delivering a positive, equitable, and inclusive experience for all applicants, regardless of outcome
  • Coordinate with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to schedule phone and video interviews and obtain timely, thorough feedback from all parties
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting and HR department, including drafting and formatting offer letters, ensuring data accuracy within our ATS, posting jobs, and updating internal databases
  • Assist with phone screens, resume reviews, and initial candidate evaluations
  • Collaborate with team on onboarding & offboarding, training & development, and various HR tasks as needed


Requirements

  • Previous recruiting or HR experience or a desire to grow your career within recruiting or human resources
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Eagerness to take on both high level and administrative tasks within the recruiting and HR department
  • Excellent time management skills and a strong sense of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Passionate about talent acquisition and people engagement
