As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing exceptional talent for our rapidly expanding company. Collaborating closely with our recruiters and hiring teams, you will help ensure a seamless and personalized candidate experience. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a team that embodies our values and drives our mission forward.Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Manage positions within our ATS (Applicant Tracking System), including opening / closing requisitions, building templates, maintaining general system hygieneÂ
- Own interviewing scheduling for various phases of the recruiting process and in a variety of formats (on-site, video, debriefs, etc.) Â
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience through thoughtful and timely communicationsÂ
- Develop strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers; investing in learning about the various teams and becoming engrained in the Metropolis business and culture Â
- Partner with the recruiting team to help source prospective candidates; building pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter, researching new and innovative sources for talent, and introducing innovative ideasÂ
- Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networkingÂ
- Assess challenges within the existing process and implement solutions proactively  Â
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects Â
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferredÂ
- 2+ years of recruitment coordination experienceÂ
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Microsoft Outlook email & calendaring, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and OneDrive)Â
- Preference for experience with Greenhouse, Ceridian Dayforce, Zoom and/or LinkedIn RecruiterÂ
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with an elevated level of detail and accuracyÂ
- Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential informationÂ
- Excellent communication skills and an acute ability to act empatheticallyÂ

The anticipated base pay for this position is $26.00 to 32.00 hourly. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment. Base pay is one component of Metropolis’s total compensation package, which may also include access to or eligibility for healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, a lucrative stock option plan, bonus plans and more.Â
