Recruiting Coordinator

The opportunity

As a Recruiting Coordinator at Unity, you will be an integral partner in recruiting outstanding talent to our teams! Each day you’ll work with recruiters and hiring managers on coordinating interviews, interacting with candidates, managing headcount and job postings, and processing offers. You will also have the opportunity to assist the Recruiting Operations team with projects around candidate experience, process improvement, and more.

What you'll be doing

• Providing candidates with the best experience possible from start to finish
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates with speed and efficiency
• Partnering with our Recruiting team to open and post new positions to Unity Careers
• Collaborating with HR to provide a smooth new hire onboarding experience
• Assisting with special projects when needed

What we're looking for

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google suite products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets)
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. Greenhouse)

You might also have

• Prior experience in a Recruiting or HR Coordinator position
• Knowledge of HR management systems (e.g. Workday)
• Experience using Jira or another ticketing system
