Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to play an integral role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team. This candidate will take part in the management of everyday functions within recruitment to create a positive experience for both our candidates and hiring teams. They will work firsthand with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to facilitate an efficient interview process, maintain an organized and up to date ATS, and provide an overall professional and fun experience for all candidates we interact with. This position offers a growth path to becoming a Recruitment Specialist, Sourcer, or full-cycle Recruiter.  

Responsibilities:  

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers across That’s No Moon’s various departments to create a positive recruitment experience for candidates 
• Coordinate virtual interviews in a timely manner and serve as a point of contact for all candidates  
• Regularly update and maintain recruitment and onboarding documents 
• Administer tests to technical candidates and ensure a timely response in feedback 
• Send and file candidate nondisclosure agreements to ensure privacy of That’s No Moon current and upcoming projects 
• Partner with staffing agencies to schedule interviews for submitted candidates and ensure effective communication between all parties 
• Work with candidates to carry out reference checks 
• Assist with sourcing as needed 
• Provide administrative and project-based support to HR and Recruitment teams 

Requirements & Skills:  

• Minimum 1-year experience as Recruiting Coordinator or similar HR/Business functions 
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products 
• Ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly when changes occur 
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects and tasks within a deadline 
• Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn
