Job description
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is obsessed with delivering world-class service to join our vibrant company that’s growing fast. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the hiring process from beginning to end, being a steward of our company culture by providing exceptional candidate experience. You will have visibility across the organization working with executive leadership and hiring managers to coordinate interviews and support the growth of the business.
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for helping to provide an amazing hiring experience internally and externally.
- Be the expert in the organization’s hiring processes, procedures and tools, helping to train others on these as well.
- Interface directly with candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to coordinate and schedule interviews, including all travel arrangements when necessary.
- Prepare for onsite interviews by ordering and setting up lunch, greeting candidates and keeping the day running smoothly.
- Partner closely with recruiting to understand the open roles, assist with applicant reviews, and maintain accurate records in our ATS.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct reference checks, review I-9 documentation, and other administrative tasks.
- Assist the Recruitment and People Operations teams with special projects as needed.
What you bring:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, execute multiple tasks simultaneously, and cut through ambiguity.
- Proficiency with Google Calendar, Calendly, or other scheduling tools.
- Strong organization skills and a relentless attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to exceed goals and achieve results; satisfaction derived from meeting deadlines and finishing projects.
- Rolls up their sleeves, responds quickly and decisively, is flexible and open to change, and is able to productively work with the team to achieve company objectives

We operate on a hybrid schedule for in-office employees. Standard schedules are three days per week in the office, however, the cadence and days are determined by each team and manager.
