As a Recruiting Coordinator at PEAK6, you will work within a team that influences all aspects of our firm's culture and success. You'll work to identify and recruit some of the sharpest minds in proprietary trading and technology.
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team with additional focus on campus recruiting interviews, initiatives, and events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and passionate about connecting top talent with our company. This role is based out of our Chicago HQ and will work in hybrid friendly environment with up to 2 remote days per week.
What you'll do all day:
- Own logistics for candidate interviews and recruiting activities including first and final round interviews, events, campus visits, career fairs, information sessions, etc.
- Manage the candidate experience and journey from application through offer stage, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for interview teams and candidates
- Facilitate the planning and execution of summer internship programs including the day-to-day management of the internship experience
- Manage and update Workday processes to ensure seamless integration and efficiency in Recruiting and HR operations
- Ensure the accuracy of all candidate data via extensive tracking in WorkDay and Google Sheets
- Assist with the preparation and posting of job descriptions on various platform
- Serve as the operations lead for recruitment tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Ongig, and Rooster.
- Provide onboarding support by scheduling orientation sessions, and facilitating communication between IT, HR, and recruiting for new hires.
- Manage employer branding efforts on platforms like BuiltIn and Glassdoor.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years experience in a coordinator/administrative role, preferably campus recruiting related
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter who is innovative, analytical, and proactive
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time during peak campus hiring periods (fall/spring)
- Ability to help manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize accordingly
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the People team
- Experience with Workday
- Ability to track, report and analyze data in a clear, organized format
- Proficiency with Google Suite

The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location. This position also may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in addition to a range of health & wellness benefits.
